Large Sieve inequality in Q(i) with quadratic polynomial amplitudes

**Summary: **
We establish a general large sieve inequality in the number field
Q(i) with amplitudes given by a quadratic polynomial
with complex coefficients, which is a close to best possible
version. This extends earlier work of L. Zhao for the classical
case. We also give an alternate proof of a large sieve inequality
over Q(i).
