Gamma factors of level zero supercuspidal representations

Summary:
We give an explicit formula for the twisted gamma factor of a pair of
irreducible supercuspidal representations of level zero of general linear
groups. We also obtain an explicit formula for the unramified base
change of level zero supercuspidal representations.
