Quasi-minimax inequality problems and their applications

Summary:  In this paper, we first consider the existence of solutions for quasi-minimax inequalities concerning upper semicontinuous mappings and then we use it to quasi-intersection problems of lower semicontinuous and upper semicontinuous mappings.
