Nielsen Equivalence in Closed 2-Orbifold Groups

Summary:

We prove that any non-standard irreducible generating tuple of the fundamental group of a sufficiently large two-dimensional cone-type orbifold is represented by a special almost orbifold covering equipped with a rigid generating tuple. As a corollary, we obtain a generalization of Louder's Theorem.
