Problem with Nonlocal Conditions for Systems of Partial Differential Equations Unsolved Relative to the Higher Derivative with Respect to Time

Summary: For a system of partial differential equations with constant coefficients unsolved relative to the higher derivative with respect to time, we study the well-posedness of the problem with nonlocal two-point conditions with respect to the time variable and conditions of periodicity with respect to the space variables. The metric approach is used to establish the lower bounds of small denominators appearing in the solution of the problem.
