Summary: In this paper, we consider matrix Laurent polynomials of the first and the second kinds, associated with the strong matrix moment problem for the real line. For these polynomials, we find recurrence relations, and Christoffel-Darboux type and Ostrogradskii-Liouville type formulas. We define a generalized Nevanlinna matrix and factor it into elementary factors.
