Some new identities for mock theta functions

Summary: Ramanujan presented seventeen functions in his last letter to Hardy and named these functions “mock theta functions”. Meanwhile, he recorded lots of mock theta function identities in this letter and his lost notebook. Since then, it has received much attention to find new identities for mock theta functions. In this paper, in light of the properties of Appell function and theta function, we establish new identities related to second and eighth order mock theta functions.
